HR Admin Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role ensures efficient implementation of HR processes, proper maintenance of employee records, compliance with labor laws, and overall organizational support.
The position also supervises administrative activities to maintain a well-organized and effective workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination
- Supervise the maintenance and updating of employee records and HR databases
- Ensure proper onboarding of new hires, including preparation and completion of employment documents
- Manage and oversee payroll support, including attendance monitoring and coordination with payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws
- Address and resolve employee concerns, inquiries, and HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee filing systems, documentation, and overall records management
- Monitor fuel/gas consumption, vehicle registrations, and processing of permits (if applicable)
- Supervise and assign administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor, HR Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and performance management
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems/databases
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in construction or related industry is an advantage (optional)
