About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics operations by coordinating order releases, monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve delivery issues. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring products move efficiently from warehouse to customer.

What You'll Do- Release sales orders for shipment once products are available and ready for dispatch.
- Track outbound shipments using carrier portals and internal systems, ensuring tracking information is updated accurately.
- Conduct weekly reviews of open shipments to confirm deliveries are progressing according to schedule and customer ETAs.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively identify orders that are delayed, stalled, or missing tracking updates.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and commercial invoices.
- Organize and upload shipping documents to designated folders for warehouse and carrier access.
- Support the review and approval of carrier invoices to ensure alignment with contracted rates and agreements.
- Assist with additional logistics and administrative tasks as required to support the team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College or university education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a logistics support, shipping, or supply chain coordination role.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with carrier portals, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.
