The Specific Job Title/Position of this is: Recruitment Manager- - Willing to work on any shift assigned /Shifting
- Must be willing to work during weekends and PH holiday OT if assigned/needed
- Amenable to work on site in Taguig (Hybrid - 8x onsite/month)
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- at least 8 years of recruitment experience (regional/global exposure preferred).
- Mentor and support Recruitment Specialists and Coordinators (Managerial level)
- working experience in a multinational companies
- Advantage: from Business Professional Services or shared services industry
- Confident and must have supported various roles in finance, HR, IT, operations, risk & compliance,.
- Lead a small, distributed team based in Manila.
- Must have experience in full recruitment cycle (intake to offer stage).
- Manage recruitment different business professional roles including C-level positions.
- With experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Provide market intelligence to support hiring strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers, directors, and senior stakeholders, excellent English Comms.
- Ensure effective use of ATS platforms and adopt AI tools for recruitment efficiency.
- Can start ASAP
