Job Summary
The HR Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, talent acquisition planning, and hiring operations to support organizational manpower requirements. The role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining high-performing professionals within a dynamic technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage recruitment team performance and hiring deliverables
- Coordinate with business leaders on manpower planning requirements
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Generate recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Must have recruitment experience from a Tech or IT company
- At least 5 years of Recruitment experience
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Strong background in technical and corporate hiring
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
