- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, conversion, and profitability targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch and sales teams to maximize performance and productivity
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to address gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and market opportunities to support business growth
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Training to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and customer experience standards
- Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and service standards
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business recommendations to Management
- Proven experience leading sales teams with accountability for revenue growth, target achievement, and business development
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in beauty, wellness, healthcare, retail, hospitality, insurance, pharmaceutical, or other service-oriented industries
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and execute effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical and business acumen with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
