The Applications & Product Pricing Analyst provides operational, analytical, and process support across two core areas: product pricing execution and apps sales enablement operations.

The role ensures accurate product pricing deployment, efficient order and account management, entitlement accuracy, consistent content updates, and reliable reporting. The specialist works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations teams while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apps Sales Enablement Support
  • Process Apps orders accurately and in accordance with established sales operations procedures.
  • Create and manage customer accounts, including updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing administrative support.
  • Manage App entitlements, ensuring correct provisioning, updates, renewals, and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain App Gallery content by uploading new apps and removing outdated apps.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly Apps sales reports, including insights and trend identification.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support implementation of automation opportunities across workflows such as order processing, entitlement management, reporting, and content updates.
  • Maintain process documentation and participate in the continuous refinement of operational best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Operations, and Marketing to ensure data integrity and seamless execution across the Apps lifecycle.
Product Pricing Support
  • Receive and interpret Global Product Pricing Guidelines and translate them into local and regional execution.
  • Develop localized product price‑positioning proposals for assigned countries based on market dynamics, competitive insights, customer segments, and product value.
  • Build business case justifications using data‑driven modeling (e.g., margin analysis, historical pricing trends, product cost structures).
  • Manage review and alignment cycles with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional leadership stakeholders.
  • Enable approved product pricing within internal systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ, or pricing platforms) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate pricing decisions clearly to relevant teams and maintain all pricing‑related documentation.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, including pricing updates, audits for accuracy, and support for global pricing revisions.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Finance, and regional teams
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement in internal processes

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with comfort interpreting data and building business cases.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, entitlements, and operational tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; effective collaborator with global cross‑functional teams.
  • Tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn systems such as CRM, ERP, pricing tools, entitlement platforms, and reporting tools.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, financial analysis, or market intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Experience with dashboarding or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
  • Ability to conduct structured research and analyze large data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
