Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Installer to join our renewable energy team in Talisay City, Cebu. The role involves installing, maintaining, and commissioning solar photovoltaic systems for residential and commercial projects, including systems above 100 kWp capacity.

• System installation: Assemble, mount, and connect solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.
• Electrical integration: Perform wiring, inverter setup, and grid connection following Philippine Electrical Code standards.
• Commissioning: Conduct system testing, performance verification, and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance: Provide routine inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Safety compliance: Adhere to occupational safety standards, including working at heights and handling electrical equipment.
• Documentation: Prepare installation reports, system diagrams, and maintenance logs.

• Education: Graduate of Electrical Engineering or licensed Electrician.
• Certification: TESDA NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or Renewable Energy Systems is advantage
• Experience: Proven track record in solar installation projects, specifically residential and commercial systems exceeding 100 kWp.
• License: Valid Philippine Driver’s License (for site mobility and equipment transport).
• Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of grid-tied and off-grid systems.

• Location: Talisay City, Cebu (with possible travel to nearby project sites).
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week.
• Environment: Outdoor work, often at heights and under varying weather conditions.
