Job Description: One of our subsidiary companies, MACSOL CORPORATION is looking for a Solar Installer who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and assisting in the setup of solar panel systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, mounting systems, and related equipment
• Assist in electrical wiring and connection of solar power systems
• Perform site preparation and material handling
• Ensure proper installation based on project specifications and safety standards
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of installed systems
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members during project implementation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow company policies and occupational safety procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• TESDA NC II Holder related to Electrical Installation and Maintenance or relevant field
• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate
• Preferably with experience in solar panel installation or electrical works
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and outdoor environments
• Knowledgeable in using electrical and hand tools
• Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different project sites
