What is your mission?

Recruitment Operations
  • Lever recruitment via internet through our online partners and develop job announcements, advertisements and other documents to generate applicant pool
  • Participate as a representative of the company for recruitment activities like college job fairs, career talks, local government projects, etc.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews for agent candidates based on program’s hiring profile
  • Keep track, maintain target and manage candidate endorsement to Hiring Managers or Operations team including but not limited to coordinating interview schedules, availability of candidate information and interview status or results
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters, employment contracts or letters of elimination
Stakeholder Management
  • Maintains effective relationships with Operations/Business Units
  • Initiates calibration sessions to maintain alignment on hiring requirement/s profiles
  • Attends calls, meetings, reporting, et al. Ensures timely communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment service-related concerns
Reports Management
  • Keeps track of daily/weekly/monthly productivity by maintaining hiring related reports
  • Maintains files in accordance with company and external auditor standards to include advertising documentation, applicant records and screening records
  • Uses, maintains and updates internal tools in accordance to applicant processing
Onboarding
  • Conduct post-offer screenings including but not limited to background screening, regulatory hire requirements and medical screens
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates’ compliance to pre-employment requirements, start date, etc
  • May assist with orientation functions as required
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
  • College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year related experience preferably gained in the same industry performing the same function
  • Relevant experience in competency profiling, interview skills and behavioral assessment & multiple assessment methodologies
  • Has an excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed
