TALENT ACQUISITION STAFF

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Staff (Recruitment Specialists) who will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, etc.
Identify potential hires and conduct screening interviews for difficult job vacancies (Specialist functions, Managerial, etc.) and make recommendations for Hiring Manager
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
Work closely with department and hiring managers to identify the role's key duties and core competencies along with educational or certification requirements
Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities
Enhance the overall candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a positive impression of the organization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related databases
Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of training records

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
With working experience as a Recruitment Specialist, or in a similar role
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
