TALENT ACQUISITION STAFF
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Staff (Recruitment Specialists) who will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, etc.
- Identify potential hires and conduct screening interviews for difficult job vacancies (Specialist functions, Managerial, etc.) and make recommendations for Hiring Manager
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Work closely with department and hiring managers to identify the role's key duties and core competencies along with educational or certification requirements
- Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities
- Enhance the overall candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a positive impression of the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related databases
- Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of training records
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- With working experience as a Recruitment Specialist, or in a similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
