Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for roles.

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in hiring. 3. Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process. 5. Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategies.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including participation in job fairs, online campaigns, and other talent attraction activities.
