Position Summary
The ASEAN Head of Marketing & Herbicides Lead is a strategic regional leadership role responsible for driving marketing excellence and leading the growth, commercialization, and performance of the herbicides portfolio across ASEAN.
This role combines regional marketing leadership with category ownership, ensuring successful product launches, strong brand positioning, and sustainable commercial growth across diverse ASEAN markets. The successful candidate will shape go-to-market strategies, strengthen competitive positioning, and align cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate business impact and innovation adoption.
The ASEAN Herbicides Lead will play a critical role in driving the success of Dodhylex and future TRF launches across the region, while leading the rejuvenation and strategic growth of the existing herbicides portfolio to strengthen market competitiveness and long-term business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Leadership- Lead and execute ASEAN marketing strategies aligned with regional business priorities and growth objectives.
- Drive integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand leadership, market penetration, and customer engagement across ASEAN.
- Establish scalable frameworks for product launches, demand generation, and portfolio marketing excellence.
- Partner with global and country teams to localize strategies and ensure strong in-market execution.
- Oversee marketing investments, campaign effectiveness, and ROI optimization.
- Own the ASEAN herbicides portfolio strategy, including positioning, segmentation, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Lead commercialization and launch excellence for new crop protection innovations across the region.
- Deliver portfolio growth through revenue, market share, and profitability expansion.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities across crops, channels, and key ASEAN markets.
- Develop data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored to country-specific dynamics and customer needs.
- Serve as the strategic link across commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply chain functions.
- Influence and align stakeholders across regional, global, and country organizations within a matrix environment.
- Build marketing and product management capabilities across ASEAN teams through coaching and collaboration.
- Drive knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across the region.
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience within agrochemicals, crop protection, or agriculture-related industries.
- Strong expertise in herbicides, portfolio management, commercialization, and strategic marketing.
- Proven success leading regional product launches and driving commercial growth across multiple ASEAN markets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and highly effective in stakeholder engagement and regional influence.
