Head of Marketing

The Marketing Head will lead and drive the overall marketing strategy of GUESS Philippines, ensuring strong brand presence, customer engagement, and sales growth across all channels. This role requires extensive experience in retail and fashion marketing, with a deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer trends, and in-store execution aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for a fashion retail environment
• Lead end-to-end campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Oversee in-store marketing and ensure alignment with visual merchandising and brand standards
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce support
• Manage partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors (e.g., PPOP groups)
• Plan and execute mall activations, events, and PR campaigns
• Collaborate closely with retail and operations teams to increase foot traffic and sales conversion
• Analyze market trends, fashion insights, and competitor activities
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 8–10 years of extensive experience in retail and fashion marketing
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in handling fashion brands, retail campaigns, and large-scale activations
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer engagement
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, retail dynamics, and customer behavior
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
