Head of Marketing

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead the company’s brand and marketing strategy as we expand in the Philippines.
This role is responsible for positioning the company as a leading fitness brand in the market, ensuring strong alignment with global brand standards while adapting execution to local consumer behaviours and cultural nuances.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, with strong experience in brand building, performance marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and execute the local brand strategy and alignment with global guidelines
- Localize the global brand identity for the local market (tone, campaigns, visuals, influencer partnerships)
- Build and protect brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Digital & Performance
- Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM)
- Own marketing funnel performance and partner with Operations on conversion metrics and funnel effectiveness.
- Manage the digital ecosystem (website, app, data analytics, tracking tools).
- Communication & PR
- Develop media plans and communication strategies with agencies,
- Manage press relations and local influencer collaborations.
- Support leadership communications and/or represent the brand when required.
- Brand awareness and market share growth
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) and ROI on campaigns
- Customer retention and engagement rate
- NPS and brand sentiment
- PR visibility and media coverage
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; Master's degree or Marketing Certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in launching or scaling an international consumer brand.
- Data-driven mindset, strong understanding or performance metrics.
- Deep cultural awareness of the Philippines and global fitness/lifestyle trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
