Supervises a team of 15–25 Customer Service Associates (CSAs).
- coordinates team needs to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
- Escalates service or process-related complaints to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Monitors CSR performance and implements targeted follow-up training as needed.
- Conducts team training sessions and ensures all members and relevant stakeholders receive up-to-date information.
- Collaborates with internal departments to ensure prompt and courteous resolution of inquiries.
- Investigates customer concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Initiates disciplinary actions for team members, including verbal warnings, records of discussion, and formal documentation.
- Submits necessary documentation to the Manager for final review and action completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years SOLID Experience as a Team Lead in a BPO setting.
- College Graduate
- Able to work Full on-site.
