• Lead daily branch operations and service delivery
• Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
• Coach and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company standards and procedures
• Manage branch inventory, supplies, and operational requirements
• Monitor performance and submit branch reports
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives

• Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives
• Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
