Job Summary

This role aligns with the company's current operational requirements for managing daily rigging operations, manpower deployment, scheduling, and site execution.

• Manage and oversee daily rigging and heavy transport operations across multiple project sites.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and vehicle deployment based on project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all operational activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Project Management, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise Operations Coordinators, Site Supervisors, Riggers, Operators, Drivers, and support personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, lifting plans, and company operating procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
• Monitor equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance requirements to minimize downtime.
• Resolve operational issues, manpower concerns, and client escalations promptly.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
• Control operational costs while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Support emergency operations and provide operational guidance during critical project activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management within rigging, construction, logistics, heavy equipment, project cargo, or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, heavy equipment deployment, logistics coordination, and site management.
• Proven leadership experience managing field personnel and multiple operational teams.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational reporting.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when operationally required.
• Experience with ISO standards, safety management systems, or DOLE OSH compliance is an advantage.
