Sales Account Manager (Heavy Equipments) - Iloilo

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sales & Business Development: Generate new leads through cold calling and networking while nurturing existing client relationships with contractors, farmers, and distributors.
• Client Relationship Experience: Prior experience selling to contractors, farmers, and distributors is required.
• Account Management: Handle the full sales cycle, from initial meetings and product demonstrations to closing contracts, billing, and post-sale support.
• Product Expertise & Solutions: Advise clients on the best equipment for their needs, providing technical advice on applications and potential upgrades.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback for senior management.

Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, service, and inventory departments to ensure timely equipment delivery and repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in account management and sales, specifically within the heavy equipment or construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy machinery, operational capacity, and application.
• Communication: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Accountability: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage multiple accounts, and handle high-value clients
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
