Sales Support Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:

• Research, organize, and analyze data to uncover insights and support strategic decisions.
• Perform spend analysis across diverse product and service categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and document vendors, contracts, and savings opportunities.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Sales team, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate new member onboarding, including rostering, vendor account setup, contract activations, and credit/price processing.
• Prepare and process documentation for member requests accurately and efficiently.
• Submit and monitor contract activations through vendor / GPO portals through completion.
• Manage workflows, requests, and updates through Salesforce CRM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rostering, vendor accounts, pricing, or contracts.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and other presentation materials.
• Coordinate, track, and execute specialized or ad hoc projects.
• Regular reporting to managers, sales reps/expense advisors & directors.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support the sales operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 2–4 years of experience (Preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills – including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, with 2 years of experience working on data files (Preferred).
• Ability to identify issues and trends.
• Ability to multitask across various projects, tasks & cases.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in night-shift roles (Preferred)
