What are we looking for?
Rather than a traditional BDM role, we are looking for individuals who can take a structured, outbound-focused approach, working through our existing HubSpot database, identifying opportunities, and setting up qualified meetings for our client's senior team.
What are you expected to do?- Proactively working through the organization's CRM (HubSpot) to identify and prioritise leads
- Running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Following up inbound and historical enquiries
- Booking qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
You'll be a great fit if:
- You have at least 4–5 years of relevant experience for the role or more.
- You have very strong spoken and written English skills (near-native level).
- You have experience in SaaS or B2B outbound sales and/or SDR roles.
- You have experience supporting Australian clients and counterparts.
- You are confident in speaking with senior stakeholders.
- You are able to work autonomously and meet defined KPIs.
- You are amenable to work during 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday.
Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?- You'll go through 2-3 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 2-3 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 3-4 weeks, but we'll let you know if things need to move quicker.
