II. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG industry required
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales schedules (withdrawal of commodity) to the plant and other concerned departments.
- Research potentials leads from business directories, connections and referrals.
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Answer potential customer questions / complaints and follow up call questions
- Must always be updated on the price in the local / global market
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics on all commodities including copra cake
- Meet all sales quotas and goals while ensuring that expenses are within committed budget
- Keep records with regards to contracts, proposal, and deals made, after –sales service activities.
- Oversee the duties and activities of support personnel and administrative staff.
- Responsible for supervising and managing a team of 3-5 people
