Facilities Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• With strong business acumen
• 10+ years of facility management experience
• have handled soft and hard services
• With experience in Power Plant Industry.
• With background in Safety
• Proficient in P&L and Budgeting, Contract Management, Client and People Management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Can start immediately
• Amenable to work at Mariveles, Bataan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proven superior attention to detail

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Self-starter who is goal oriented, highly motivated and excels in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety excellence, demonstrates behaviors that drive safety;
• Execute talent succession planning;
• Minimize commercial risk to the business;
• Orders consumables, maintains and uses capital equipment efficiently;
• Ensure customer focus within all areas of operational activities and maintenance of effective relationships with key client contacts;
• Ensure that facility management staff consistently provides positive and prompt response to requests from the clients;
• Lead and implement all environmental programs and initiatives as well as audits;
• Develop financial plans and specific goals for cost control/reduction and ensure that these goals are met or exceeded;
• Manages a team consisting of Supervisor and Housekeepers;
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility team leaders driving the operational and strategic goals;
• Develop, prepare and explain the annual facility budget, quarterly forecasts, and business plans;
• Ensure optimum staffing structures operate for the account to balance coverage and performance needs with the delivery of service excellence;
• Drives a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills;
• Ensure SLAs & KPIs are achieved and aligned with contractual agreements; and
• Establishes and maintains effective communications with our customer, tenants and subcontractors
