Tax Associate

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, BIR Form 1606, etc.)
- Ensure timely compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor tax deadlines and compute accurate tax liabilities
- Prepare tax schedules, analyses, and supporting documents
- Handle submission and processing of BIR-related documents
- Assist in local tax compliance, including Business Permits and Real Property Tax (RPT)
- Support audits and prepare required tax reports and schedules
- Maintain organized tax records and perform related tasks (TIN verification, tax clearances, fieldwork)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related course
- With experience in tax compliance and regulatory reporting
- Background in real estate taxation is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR issuances
- Familiarity with SAP or other accounting systems is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
