JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Support Specialists provide support to our US warehouse operations by collating orders that
need to be processed within the day and ensuring they are fulfilled by the US team on time. They helptrack orders and coordinate with the Supplier Management team to prevent duplicate orders. They also
process refunds for customer returns and communicate with the Customer Service team regarding any
issues with the received products. If an order cannot be fulfilled, they ensure it is escalated to the
Customer Service team so that customers are notified. Additionally, Warehouse Support Specialists are
responsible for filing cases with Amazon to obtain reimbursement for lost FBA items and damaged MFN
returns.
Warehouse support specialists must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. They must
be able to quickly communicate with the other key departments to ensure all concerns for the day is
fixed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for the documentation and processing of orders in the US warehouse and
- Liaises with Customer Service and other departments to resolve order concerns.
- Performs projects such as pre-processing, purchasing shipping of items, and changing package
- Files and reconciles FBA lost/damage reimbursement claims.
- Processes returns and refunds.
- Monitors and tracks orders.
- Updates warehouse-related trackers and spreadsheets.
- Creates, modifies, troubleshoots, and updates robots used in the warehouse.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts is an advantage
- Good at data entry and data analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in analyzing data or generating reports using MS Excel
- Confident in speaking American English and good at writing emails
- Ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
- Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Willing to work on-site at night shifts
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Must be a team player
- If with experience, must not be a hopper (with less than a year tenure per employment)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- If the candidate is an undergraduate, they must have solid work experience for at least 2 years
- Willing to work on-site at night shift schedule
- Willing to work on weekends and during PH Holidays
- Willing to commit to work and stay with us for 2-3 years
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With at least 2 years of straight experience aligned to a managerial position
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
