Maxsona Products, a growing multinational company with operations in North America, is expanding its business operations in the Philippines. We are seeking two dynamic and results-oriented Regional Business Development Managers to lead market growth for our plastic film products, including packaging products and barricade tape products.
Position Overview
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening customer relationships across the Philippines and selected regional markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional business development strategies
- Identify new market opportunities for plastic film and packaging products
- Expand sales channels for barricade tape and industrial film products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, retailers, and industrial clients
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic presentations
- Collaborate with production, operations, and marketing teams
- Represent the company in trade exhibitions and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales management, or related roles
- Experience in plastic film, flexible packaging, industrial products, or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record in regional sales growth
- Ability to travel within the Philippines and neighboring markets
- Bilingual or knowledge in any certain language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Industrial Park (PEZA) operations and regulations.
