We are looking for a highly driven Retail Business Development Manager for Visayas & Mindanao (based in our BGC office) who embodies these values and has a proven track record in building business pipelines, growing portfolios, and driving retail excellence across the VISMIN region.

What You Will Own
You will lead the growth and expansion of Emborg brands across key retail accounts and distributor networks in Visayas and Mindanao.
This role is not just about maintaining accounts — it is about driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and creating strong in-store execution that delivers results.
Key Responsibilities- Build and grow strategic retail accounts and distributor partnerships across VISMIN
- Develop commercial growth strategies based on trade, category, shopper, and competitive insights
- Expand distribution and strengthen portfolio presence across Emborg brands
- Lead collaborative business reviews and growth planning sessions with key accounts
- Execute impactful trade marketing and promotional activities
- Drive “Perfect Store” execution with excellent visibility, merchandising, and shelf availability
- Analyze market data and convert insights into actionable business opportunities
- Lead and develop merchandising teams to achieve execution excellence
- Monitor pricing implementation, sales performance, KPIs, and A&P investments
- Partner closely with procurement, category management, and operations teams to drive long-term growth
- Lead successful product launches and distribution pipeline initiatives
- Serve as the primary business partner between Uhrenholt Philippines and assigned accounts/distributors

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in Retail Key Accounts, FMCG Sales, Business Development, or Trade Marketing
- Strong understanding of the VISMIN retail and distributor landscape
- Demonstrated success in growing sales, expanding distribution, and managing strategic accounts
- Experience leading merchandising execution and trade activities is highly preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly across Visayas and Mindanao as part of field coverage and account management responsibilities
- Must be comfortable with frequent market visits, distributor engagement, and on-ground execution monitoring
