Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations and drive team performance within our US Healthcare account. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in medical billing, healthcare BPO operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), customer service, claims processing, and team management.

As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, meeting client expectations, improving productivity, and developing team members through coaching and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Healthcare Associates
  • Monitor team productivity, attendance, quality, and KPI performance
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and developmental feedback
  • Drive team engagement and foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with client processes, SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational concerns promptly
  • Analyze reports and operational dashboards to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, workload distribution, and PTO requests
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients regarding operational updates
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Encourage accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or any related field preferred
  • At least 2–4 years of Team Leader or Supervisory experience in a BPO or shared services environment
  • Preferably with experience in:
  • US Healthcare
  • Medical Billing
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Claims Processing
  • Prior Authorization
  • Eligibility and Benefits Verification
  • Customer Service Operations
  • Experience handling high-volume healthcare accounts is an advantage
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in productivity tracking, KPI management, and operational reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
