Key Responsibilities
  • Handle flight and accommodation bookings for employee business travel
  • Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries
  • Assist in monitoring and filing lease contracts and legal documents
  • Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation
  • Coordinate with employees, departments, and external vendors for admin requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in travel booking and document handling is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
