DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR & Admin
  • RECRUITMENT SUPPORT: Handles job postings as needed, screens applicants, conducts initial interviews, and coordinates with managers and executives throughout the hiring process.
  • ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE RECORDS: Facilitates onboarding and orientation of new hires. Prepares and maintains employment documents, contracts, and complete HR files.
  • PAYROLL, ATTENDANCE & TIMEKEEPING: Monitors attendance, leaves, and holidays. Computes salaries and prepares payroll using automated systems.
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Handles employee inquiries on salaries, benefits, and basic compensation concerns. Processes government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and related remittances.
  • LABOR COMPLIANCE & HR POLICIES: Administers and enforces company HR policies. Issues memos, announcements, and notices. Documents disciplinary and performance matters.
  • GOVERNMENT & REGULATORY: Monitors compliance with labor laws and DOLE requirements, including statutory holidays, leaves, and basic labor standards. Coordinates with government agencies as needed.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE: Performs general office administration, document control, filing, and records management. Supports internal reports, schedules, and operational requirements.
Basic Accounting Support
  • BASIC BOOKKEEPING: Records sales, purchases, and expenses. Keeps day-to-day financial records organized.
  • INVOICING & COLLECTIONS: Issues sales invoices and official receipts to clients. Tracks billings and follows up on payments.
  • PAYABLES: Records supplier bills, monitors due dates, and prepares payments for approval.
  • DOCUMENT SUPPORT: Organizes financial documents and prepares records for the external accountant.
OTHERS
  • Assists managers and executives with HR, administrative, and accounting needs. Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, and attendance monitoring.
  • Familiar with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and official receipts.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
  • Amenable to a Monday to Saturday work schedule.
