The Account Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the organization’s financial and non-financial programs and services in his/her area of assignment, through organizing Partner-Clients and equipping microentrepreneurs in the community.He/she will also be in-charge of evaluating loans, processing of loan documents, and monitoring and recording of Partner-Clients’ loan payments.
Qualifications/Requirements- Junior High School or Senior High School Graduate.
- Graduate of any 4 or 2-year course.
- Willing to do field work and has the compassion to serve the poor.
- Has work experience in credit and collection management is an advantage, but not required.
- People-oriented with good communication skills, and customer service driven.
- Willing to travel and be assigned in any areas of our operations.
