About the Opportunity
We are hiring for three (3) remote marketing roles across digital strategy, brand marketing, and SEO performance.
These roles support fast-moving, high-impact environments across events, digital marketing, and agency-style client work, where execution, creativity, and data-driven decision-making are equally important.
Candidates may be considered for one or more roles depending on experience and skill set alignment.

1️⃣ Marketing Manager (Remote – North America Focus)
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading regional marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, digital engagement, and event storytelling across North America.
This role is highly collaborative and works closely with leadership and global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, content alignment, and performance tracking across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Performance & Analytics- Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
- Use Google Analytics to monitor digital performance trends
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for leadership
- Manage structured social media calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create and publish content aligned with global brand guidelines
- Develop case studies, event recaps, and client success stories
- Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation
- Support brand visibility during major events
- Coordinate content capture with on-site teams
- Develop post-event storytelling and campaign content
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all event materials
- Work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Global Marketing teams
- Align regional marketing efforts with global strategy
- Support marketing integration into business reporting
- 5+ years in marketing (events, branding, experiential, or B2B preferred)
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn & Instagram content
- Experience with Google Analytics and content calendars
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
2️⃣ Marketing Strategist (Remote – Campaign & Growth Marketing)
Role Overview
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for events and initiatives.
This role blends strategy + execution, requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities and campaign priorities
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing direction
- Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Monitor engagement and optimize content performance
- Build brand awareness and audience growth
- Design and launch marketing campaigns for events and promotions
- Oversee email marketing and newsletter campaigns
- Coordinate campaign timing and rollout strategies
- Support community engagement and event promotion
- Collaborate with partners to expand audience reach
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Experience as Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role
- Strong social media marketing knowledge (Meta platforms preferred)
- Experience in campaign execution and content creation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Meta Business Suite
- Mailchimp or similar email tools
- Google Analytics / Meta Insights
3️⃣ SEO Specialist (Remote – Digital Marketing Agency Role)
Role Overview
The SEO Specialist will manage and improve organic search performance across multiple client websites.
This is a hands-on technical SEO role requiring strong analytical ability, website editing skills, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Optimization- Develop on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits
- Optimize titles, metadata, headers, and internal linking
- Improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and crawlability
- Build backlink strategies for authority growth
- Update and optimize websites directly in CMS platforms
- Work within Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or Wix
- Implement SEO changes without developer dependency
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools
- Build reports using Excel or Google Sheets (advanced level)
- Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports
- Provide SEO direction for content creation
- Collaborate with writers on keyword optimization
- Review and optimize on-page content when needed
- Ensure proper use of metadata, schema, and internal links
- Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, indexing, and redirects
- Fix crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content issues
- Implement schema markup and structured data
- 2+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced reporting ability)
- Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4)
- Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
