About the role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Project E Beauty Limited, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and execution. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. You will be playing a crucial role in expanding the online presence and brand reach of our innovative beauty and wellness products.
What you'll be doing- Digital Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.
- Social Media Content Strategy & Execution - Lead social media strategy and content creation across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Content & Freelance Coordination - Identify, brief, and manage freelance writers, content creators, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Media Outreach & Buying - Proactively handle media buying, guest posting, and PR pitching.
- Brand Reputation & Community Management - Monitor social listening and brand mentions across platforms.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CAC, ROI) across all digital channels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content management systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices within the sector
