The Accountant is responsible in managing the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing, efficient collections, proper cash application, and clean customer account records.

Requirements:

• Prepares, reviews, and issues invoices and accommodate requests according to contract terms and schedules.
• Monitors AR cashflow, aging reports, and follows up on past-due accounts.
• Communicates with customers on outstanding balances and resolves disputes.
• Records and applies customer payments, resolving unapplied or unidentified payments.
• Performs monthly reconciliations and ensures accurate revenue recognition and deferral.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and support audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in NetSuite accounting system.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
