Airbnb Host / Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high review ratings.
- Monitor and update Airbnb and other online booking platform listings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are guest-ready.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase bookings.
- Manage social media and online marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy performance.
- Build partnerships and generate leads to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare occupancy, booking, and revenue reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Airbnb hosting, hospitality, hotel operations, sales, or marketing.
- Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or similar booking platforms.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
