About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to join our client, Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', in their Cebu City, Cebu office. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting a team of customer service agents, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage, motivate and develop a team of customer service agents to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  2. Monitor team performance, set goals and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement
  3. Identify training needs and implement development plans to upskill the team
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance morale and engagement
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues
  6. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with client requirements
  7. Analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making and process improvements
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1-2 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements
  5. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
