About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to join our client, Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', in their Cebu City, Cebu office. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting a team of customer service agents, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients.
What you'll be doing- Manage, motivate and develop a team of customer service agents to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor team performance, set goals and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Identify training needs and implement development plans to upskill the team
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance morale and engagement
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with client requirements
- Analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making and process improvements
- At least 1-2 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
