District Sales Manager

Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Associate.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Setting sales quotas and goals.
- Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Defining and executing territory sales plans.
- Accept and perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the trucks, heavy equipment, oils, tires, or batteries industry.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong track record of driving the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Excellent business acumen and industry expertise.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
