Check order details of customers and making sure that all information are complete;
- Handles quotation and documents
- Collate bidding prices and assist Sales executives in the preparation of proposals and accreditations for customers.
- Assist sales in completing all bidding requirements.
- Responsible for the preparation of sales request for payment, add-on requests, travel request form for the Sales Department and clients, etc.
- Responsible for handling and monitoring Sales itinerary reports.
- Coordinator for marketing efforts (Brochure, social media platforms, etc.);
- Preferably has experience in Heavy Equipment
- Other duties assigned by the Manager
