Cebu - Marketing specialist/Graphic Designer

• Store Management: Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, including monitoring site performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical support as needed.
• Product & Content Updates: Upload new products, update product descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Customer Experience: Ensure seamless navigation, checkout functionality, and mobile responsiveness to create a positive shopping experience.
• Design & Branding: Collaborate with marketing/design teams to implement promotional banners, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
• Order Management: Support order processing, returns, and inventory updates to maintain smooth fulfilment.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor store analytics, track KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, sales), and provide insights to improve performance.
• Customer Support: Assist with customer queries related to online shopping, escalating issues where necessary.

• Experience with Shopify platform (required).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
