Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to handle both organic and paid marketing efforts. This role will manage our online presence, create engaging content, run effective ad campaigns, and build brand visibility across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing content, branding, and performance in one role.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all social media platforms.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and descriptions for our videos and posts.
Reply to comments and direct messages to foster community engagement.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights on what works.

Creative Content Production

Edit videos (branding, captions, light color correction).
Edit photos and design social media posters.
Prepare branding presentations and campaign visuals.

Marketing & Ads Management

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Run and optimize Facebook Ads and other paid campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and community management.
Proficient in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/CapCut, or similar editing software.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and campaign tracking.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and branding.
