Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven strategies that enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. The role requires strong expertise in SEO, social media, and targeted digital campaigns—with a clear focus on results that can be tracked and translated into tangible growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve organic reach and search rankings.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Design and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with ROI tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports.
- Identify digital marketing trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support the company’s overall marketing implementation and branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media management, and PPC campaigns.
- Ability to design traceable, data-driven strategies that produce measurable results.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest tools, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
