As Risk Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution of the Risk Finance activities and program providing overall risk-related support for all AP and BU sites and functions and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.You will work closely with Risk Management Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring that Risk Finance deliverables are complied with accurately and on-time, which includes providing assistance/coordination during the renewal of insurance programs and sending out reminders for timely submission of renewal information, claims documentation, and premium payments
- Review and reconciliation of insurance policy terms and invoices at binding to protect from errors that could cause gaps in coverage or incorrect premium costs
- Analysis of insurance and risk engineering reports
- Preparation of management reports
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:
- Risk Technical Skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Planning, coordination and organization skills
- Has good interpersonal skill in convincing users and process owners on the efficacy of the new / enhanced processes.
- Ability to cope under pressure
What You Will Need:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering course
- At least 3-5 years equivalent experience in risk management, power industry and related fields
- Knowledge in insurance industry and markets
- Certifications: Relevant Risk Management, Insurance or Business Continuity Management certification/trainings required
