This role is central to enhancing organizational health, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring we have the right talent to meet our business goals.
• What You’ll Do
• Supervise the Organizational Effectiveness Section and team performance.
• Partner with leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Conduct competency assessments and align them with our vision, mission, and values.
• Develop and implement frameworks for career pathing and leadership succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives through surveys and targeted programs.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain employees with critical skills.

• Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human resources management (preferred).
• Experience: At least 3 years in organizational development, with 1 year in a supervisory L&D role.
• Expertise in Performance Management Systems
• Strong background in Succession Planning and Career Pathing
• Knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks
• Ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively, and lead with integrity
