Business development associate

General Purpose
Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the Business Development Associate will focus on identifying potential new business opportunities and fostering growth through diverse sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with potential clients and ultimately secure deals.
- Essential Functions
- Promotes the purpose, mission, and core values of the company among management and personnel by incorporating them into operational objectives and goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Assist the Director of Operations to create possible market research and analysis to understand and tract competitive landscape and identify new trends in the market of our industry.
- Reach out to potential clients and develop business relationship through active- calling, sending emails and networking.
- Constantly collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Perform software introduction and demonstration to potential clients and showcase the highlights of our products and services.
- Assist in the processing of contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities and provide regular updates to the Director of Operations.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level, as assigned
- A minimum of 2 years of college education or a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Customer service experience in a BPO environment is preferred, particularly in Sales or Marketing, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, verbal, writing, and comprehension abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
