Location: MOA, Pasay

Work Setup & Shift: WFH (Onsite during training, then transitions to permanent work-from-home) | Midshift

Your role

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Conduct welcome/introduction calls with new clients to answer questions and build rapport
  • Handle objections confidently while reinforcing the product's value proposition
  • Understand client needs and assess which plan fits best in terms of value and cost-effectiveness
  • Qualify leads and determine readiness to proceed with the purchase
  • If not ready to pay, enroll clients into follow-up communication workflows and manage future check-ins
  • Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up to date with client interactions and status
  • Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to improve product and messaging
What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • 3+ years of client-facing experience
  • Good communication and writing skills (Email Competency)
  • Proficiency in the English language is required
  • Confident on the phone, able to handle objections from business customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience with a CRM system e.g. Salesforce is a bonus
