About the Role:

We're looking for someone who's a great conversationalist – someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and learning what makes them tick. This hybrid role primarily involves hosting engaging podcasts and eventually transitioning to discovery calls.

You'll be having 1-on-1, 60-minute conversations with career coaches to understand their business and their goals. These are not high-pressure sales calls. Instead, they're discovery calls where you'll explore their story, their business, and what they're working toward.

If they're a strong fit, you'll book them in for a complimentary follow-up coaching call. If they're not ready yet or a good fit, you'll still leave them better off – with thoughtful recommendations and free resources. You will receive comprehensive training in both podcast interviews and sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host Engaging Podcasts: Lead and facilitate engaging podcast interviews with career coaches.
  • Conduct Engaging Discovery Calls: Lead personalized, in-depth conversations with prospective clients (career coaches) to deeply understand their businesses, goals, and challenges.
  • Get to know career coaches – their story, goals, and challenges.
  • Assess Client Suitability: Identify if they're a good fit for our programs based on their needs and the company’s offerings.
  • CRM Management: Update the CRM on a daily basis to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and all interactions are accurately logged.
  • Provide Value-Added Support: Offer thoughtful recommendations and share valuable, personalized resources to individuals who may not be an immediate fit, ensuring a positive experience regardless of outcome.
  • Champion Brand Values: Consistently represent the company with professionalism, warmth, clarity, and genuine curiosity in all interactions, upholding its mission and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication: You love connecting with people and possess strong verbal communication skills, including excellent English communication.
  • Active Listening: You are a great listener and adept at guiding conversations effectively without dominating them, with the ability to ask the right questions.
  • Genuine Curiosity: You are naturally curious and genuinely care about understanding people's stories and needs.
  • Video Call Comfort: You are comfortable being on camera and with the potential sharing of call snippets for quality or training purposes.
  • Remote Work & Time Zone Alignment: You are able to work remotely and can ensure at least four hours of overlap with US morning hours.
  • Organizational & Follow-Through Skills: You are highly organized and consistently follow through on what you say you'll do.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in sales, coaching, and/or customer service (preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with the coaching or personal development space.
