BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Vocational course in the field of Administration or Arts.
- Familiarity with Philgeps and bidding process
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Computer literate and with great knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
- Willing to work in Quezon City
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Acquire suppliers and third party services
- Organize workplace environment
- Canvass for materials/item needed for the project
- Update/renew documents (Company clearance, permits and registration)
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filling, mailing, scanning and photocopying
- Participate in pre-bid preparation and bidding process
- Attend bidding in behalf of the President
- Follow up project’s paper and collection
- Coordinate inspection and other post delivery services
