Calendar Management & Scheduling: Booking appointments, managing busy calendars, and preventing scheduling conflicts.Communication & Support: Answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and responding to emails in a professional manner.
Document Preparation: Creating, editing, and formatting documents, reports, memos, and presentations.
Office Organization: Organizing physical and digital files, maintaining records, and managing office supplies/inventory.
Travel & Event Logistics: Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels) and assisting with event planning or meetings.
Basic Bookkeeping: Processing expense reports, invoices, and assisting with basic financial records.
Qualifications/Requirements
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role is often desired, though entry-level roles exist.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and record-keeping
