Job Summary

The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for leading the company's internal and external communication strategies to strengthen corporate reputation, enhance employee engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

This role oversees corporate communications, public relations, digital platforms, website management, executive communications, content development, and stakeholder engagement while supporting the company's business objectives and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and corporate identity across all communication channels.
  • Manage the company's reputation and communication standards.
Internal Communications
  • Lead employee communication initiatives, including organizational announcements, leadership communications, engagement campaigns, and change management programs.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, town halls, and company updates.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
Content Development & Digital Communications
  • Oversee the development of communication materials including articles, presentations, speeches, reports, website content, and social media communications.
  • Manage the company's website and digital communication platforms, ensuring content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with corporate branding.
  • Drive storytelling initiatives that highlight company achievements, projects, and corporate milestones.
Stakeholder & Executive Communications
  • Prepare communication materials for executives, board meetings, corporate presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support communication efforts related to investor relations, corporate affairs, sustainability, and CSR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or strategic communications, with leadership experience.
  • Strong background in content development, digital communications, corporate branding, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, energy, real estate, or diversified business groups is an advantage.
