About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll focus on generating high-quality leads and opening doors with international clients in the outsourcing space.

You’ll work closely with senior BD leaders to convert opportunities into revenue, while also positioning solutions such as BPO, RPO, EOR, and Offshore Staffing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and engage potential clients across US, UK, and Australia markets
  • Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
Qualify & Convert Opportunities
  • Turn prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Schedule discovery meetings with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with senior BD team to move deals forward
Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market research on BPO and outsourcing trends
  • Identify new opportunities and target industries
  • Provide insights to strengthen go-to-market strategies
Support Sales & Growth
  • Assist in client presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Introduce additional solutions like RPO, EOR, and offshore staffing
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach and lead generation strategies
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / SDR roles
  • Background in BPO, outsourcing, or services industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building
  • Strong communication skills—confident engaging with international clients
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience targeting US, UK, or AU markets is highly preferred
