We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to support daily operations in our hot foil stamping facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, production, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with customers regarding job schedules, delivery, and pick-up timing
- Assist in production planning — assign jobs to the appropriate machines
- Help prioritize jobs based on urgency, deadlines, and workload
- Monitor daily production flow and ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Track all active jobs from receipt to completion and delivery
- Coordinate with operators on machine assignments and workload distribution
- Identify and report production issues (machine downtime, delays, material shortages)
- Assist in adjusting schedules when disruptions occur
- Maintain clear and organized job tracking and documentation
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities
- Good communication skills (clients and internal team)
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing workflow is a plus
- Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, messaging, etc.)
- Someone who can keep operations moving smoothly without constant supervision
- Able to think ahead and prevent delays, not just react to problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
